Eligibility

This program is open to students who are U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or U.S. Nationals and will be enrolled in engineering, anthropology or other sustainability-related degree programs at West Virginia University (WVU), California State University Chico (Chico State), or the University of South Florida (USF) by Fall 2025. In order to be eligible, any student who plans to graduate in Spring 2025 must have applied to a graduate program at WVU, Chico State, or USF to start in the Summer or Fall of 2025. Students with Spanish language skills and students with junior, senior, or graduate student standing are especially encouraged to apply. Students should demonstrate skills to work on teams and have a strong motivation to complete independent research projects.
